Trainer Course Information
To enroll in OSHA 500 - Trainer Course for Construction or OSHA 501 -Trainer Course for General Industry, you must submit a Verification of Prerequisites form. You must also include a copy of your OSHA 510 or OSHA 511 certificate. You will be notified if approved to enroll.
