To enroll in OSHA 502- Update Course for Construction or OSHA 503-Update Course for General Industry, you must submit a copy of your current trainer card. Registration without a copy of current trainer card will not be accepted.

You will also need to complete the informational section of the prerequisite verification form, skip to line 41, and then sign and date the form. This form must accompany a copy of your trainer card when applying to an update course.
